摘要
淋巴瘤是一组起源于淋巴造血系统的恶性肿瘤的总称,其病理类型复杂,异质性高,治疗方案多样,患者的诊断和预后评估往往存在困难。通过影像组学分析,从^(18)F-氟脱氧葡萄糖(FDG)PET/CT图像中高通量地挖掘定量特征,建立一系列临床应用模型,有望为淋巴瘤的精准诊疗提供重要依据。笔者对基线^(18)F-FDG PET/CT影像组学在淋巴瘤中的应用研究进展进行综述。
Lymphoma represents a group of malignancies originating within the lymphatic hematopoietic system,with intricate pathological subtypes,high degree of heterogeneity,and diverse treatment approaches,and the diagnosis and prognosis prediction for patients with lymphoma pose significant challenges.Through radiomics analysis,high-throughput quantitative features are extracted from ^(18)F-fluorodeoxyglucose(FDG)PET/CT images,and a series of clinical application models are established,which is expected to serve as a substantial foundation for precise diagnosis and treatment of lymphoma.The authors review the research progress in the application of baseline ^(18)F-FDG PET/CT radiomics in lymphoma.
