人工智能领域专利授权的伦理审查分析

随着新兴产业兴起,专利申请数量增长,专利授权审查逐渐出现“轻伦理化”倾向,人工智能时代,由于算法黑箱和技术黑箱的存在,增加了专利审查授权的不透明性和误差性,一项不符合科技伦理专利的授权会对社会各方面产生不利影响。在科技向善原则下,应重新审视我国人工智能领域专利授权审查制度,完善我国专利授权伦理审查制度,促进人工智能产业的发展。
