摘要
教育生态系统的数字化转型既给高校思政课教师积极性、主动性和创造性的发挥提供了前所未有的实践空间,也对高校思政课教师的角色定位及教学能力提出了更高的要求。为了积极适应教育生态系统的数字化转型,关键需要提升高校思政课教师的数字化教学能力。新时代高校思政课教师数字化教学能力建设是提高高校思政课育人精度、守好高校思政教育“责任田”、推动高校思政教育高质量发展的重要选择。然而,数字技术认知的二元困境、数字技术培训的供需错位、数字教学资源运用的反思能力薄弱等现实阻滞,制约着当前高校思政课教师数字化教学能力的建设。使思政课教师的数字化教学能力成为新时代思政课高质量发展的强大动能,应强化高校思政课教师数字化育人的主体性意识、构建交互化的高校思政课教师数字化教学能力培育体系、建立高校思政课教师数据智慧的学习共同体。
The digital transformation of the educational ecosystem not only provides unprecedented practical space for the enthusiasm,initiative and creativity of ideological and political teachers in colleges and universities,but also puts forward higher requirements for the role and teaching ability of ideological and political teachers in colleges and universities.In order to actively adapt to the digital transformation of the educational ecosystem,the key is to improve the digital teaching ability of ideological and political teachers in colleges and universities.The construction of the digital teaching ability of ideological and political teachers in colleges and universities in the new era is an important choice to improve the accuracy of ideological and political education,keep the“responsibility field”of ideological and political education in colleges and universities,and promote the high-quality development of ideological and political education in colleges and universities.However,the binary dilemma of digital technology cognition,the dislocation of supply and demand of digital technology training,the weak reflection ability of digital teaching resources and other practical obstacles restrict the construction of the digital teaching ability of ideological and political teachers in colleges and universities.To make the digital teaching ability of ideological and political teachers become a powerful driving force for the high-quality development of ideological and political courses in the new era,it is necessary to strengthen the subjective consciousness of ideological and political teachers in colleges and universities,construct an interactive training system for the digital teaching ability of ideological and political teachers in colleges and universities,and establish a learning community of data wisdom for ideological and political teachers in colleges and universities.
