督脉灸联合温经汤治疗宫寒型不孕症的临床疗效观察

Observation on the Clinical Effect of Du Vessel Moxibustion Combined with Wenjing Decoction on Uterine Cold Type Infertility

目的:探讨督脉灸联合温经汤治疗宫寒型不孕症的临床疗效。方法:采用随机数字表法将2022年6月—2023年7月萍乡市妇幼保健院收治的宫寒型不孕症患者60例分为对照组和观察组,各30例。对照组采用温经汤治疗,观察组加用督脉灸治疗,2组均连续治疗2个月经周期。对比2组临床疗效、子宫内膜厚度、子宫动脉血流、中医证候积分及不良反应。结果:观察组治疗后总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);2组治疗后的子宫内膜厚度均较治疗前增加,阻力指数(RI)、搏动指数(PI)、收缩期峰值流速/舒张期流速(S/D)及中医证候积分均较治疗前降低(P<0.05),且观察组治疗后子宫内膜厚度高于对照组,RI、PI、S/D及中医证候积分均低于对照组(P<0.05);2组均未见明显不良反应。结论:宫寒型不孕症患者应用督脉灸联合温经汤治疗安全有效,可增加子宫内膜厚度,改善子宫动脉血流指数,缓解临床症状,具有较高的实用价值。

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of Du vessel moxibustion combined with Wenjing Decoction on uterine cold type infertility.Methods:Sixty patients with uterine cold type infertility admitted to Pingxiang maternal and child health hospital from June 2022 to July 2023 were divided into control group and observation group with 30 cases in each group by random number table method.The control group was treated with Wenjing Decoction,and the observation group was treated with Du vessel moxibustion combined with Wenjing Decoction.Both groups were treated for 2 consecutive menstrual cycles.The clinical efficacy,endometrial thickness,uterine artery blood flow,TCM syndrome score and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate after treatment of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);the endometrial thickness of the two groups increased after treatment compared with that before treatment,and the resistance index(RI),pulsatility index(PI),peak systolic flow rate/diastolic flow rate(S/D),and Chinese medicine syndrome score decreased compared with that before treatment(P<0.05),and the endometrial thickness of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and RI,PI,S/D and Chinese medicine syndrome score were lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).No obvious adverse reactions were observed in the two groups.Conclusion:It is safe and effective to treat the patients with uterine cold type infertility with Du vessel moxibustion combined with Wenjing Decoction,which can increase endometrial thickness,improve uterine artery blood flow index and relieve clinical symptoms,and has high practical value.
