全球化视域下少数民族教育现代化的困境及出路

The dilemma and the way out of the modernization of minority education from the perspective of globalization

全球化浪潮以不可阻挡的力量席卷全球,其所携带的现代性因素也嵌入少数民族教育的每一个角落。在此背景下,少数民族教育现代化一方面要增加现代性的元素,另一方面要适应当地的经济、文化发展水平,走出适合自己的教育现代化之路。然而,目前的少数民族教育仍然存在诸如传统教育场域面临解构、学校教育内容向度较单一、学校教育文化关照较弱化等问题。这些困境产生的原因在于少数民族教育现代化尚未处理好教育的传统性与现代性、民族性与全球性之间的关系。为实现教育的内涵式发展,少数民族教育现代化需要坚持教育民族性发展的道路,发挥多种教育形态的功能,正确认识少数民族地区特色教育的内涵以及践行教劳结合的理念。

The tide of globalization has swept the world with unstoppable force,and the elements of modernity carried by it are also embedded in every corner of minority education.In this context,the modernization of minority education should increase the elements of modernity on the one hand,and adapt to the local economic and cultural development level on the other hand,and embark on a path of educational modernization that suits them.However,there are still some problems in the current education of ethnic minorities,such as the deconstruction of the traditional education field,the relatively simple content of school education,and the weakening of school education and cultural care.The reason for these predicaments lies in the fact that the modernization of minority education has not yet properly handled the relationship between the traditional and modern nature of education,and between the national and global nature of education.In order to realize the connotative development of education,the modernization of education for ethnic minorities needs to adhere to the path of national development of education,give full play to the functions of various forms of education,correctly understand the connotation of education with characteristics in ethnic minority areas,and practice the concept of combining education and labor.
