摘要
人工智能作为实现教育现代化不可或缺的支撑和手段,为高校开展劳动教育提供全新的方式、载体和平台,拓展了劳动教育的内涵、空间和内容,同时也带来了全新的挑战。在人工智能时代,智能技术式教育手段淡化了劳动精神价值的塑造,虚拟数字式教育环境弱化了劳动认知能力的培养,而多元交互式的教育模式影响了劳动考评机制的完善。社会认知理论视角下,从学生个体、环境塑造和行动决策三个层面,探索人工智能背景下高校加强劳动教育的可持续路径。通过以生为本厚植劳动价值人文底蕴、手脑并举优化劳动教育实践情景、“一心双环”完善劳动教育评价保障机制等手段,最大限度地形成育人合力,有效推动人工智能时代高校劳动教育高质量发展。
AI,as an indispensable support and means to achieve modernization of education,provides new ways,carriers,and platforms for universities to carry out labor education,expanding the connotation,space,and content of labor education,while also bringing new challenges.In the age of AI,intelligent technology based educational methods have weakened the shaping of the value of labor spirit,virtual digital educational environments have weakened the cultivation of labor cognitive abilities,while diverse interactive educational models has affected the improvement of labor evaluation mechanisms.From the perspective of social cognitive theory,this paper explores the sustainable path for universities to strengthen labor education under the background of AI from such three levels as individual students,environmental shaping,and action decision-making.By using the student-based cultivation,cultivating labor value and humanistic heritage,optimizing labor education practice scenarios with both hands and brains,and improving the evaluation and guarantee mechanism of labor education through the“one heart&two rings”approach,we aim to maximize the synergy of education and effectively promote the high-quality development of labor education in universities in the age of AI.
