工程科技的进步和创新将成为推动人类社会发展的重要引擎,面对新一轮科技革命和产业变革所带来的挑战和机遇,新工科大学生的创新能力培养至关重要。当前,大学生创新能力培养在价值引领、师资力量、课程体系、保障机制等方面存在问题。高校可以从坚持价值塑造的思政引领,优化专兼一体的师资队伍,完善包含融合性、前沿性、实践性三大属性的创新课程体系,构建科学高效的资源共享、多方协同、能力评价、创新激励四大保障机制等方面构建大学生创新能力培养的“一二三四”新路径。

The progress and innovation of engineering technology will become an important engine for promoting the development of human society.Faced with the challenges and opportunities brought by the new round of technological revolution and industrial transformation,the cultivation of innovation ability for new engineering students is crucial.At present,there are problems in the cultivation of college students’innovation ability in terms of value guidance,faculty strength,curriculum system,and guarantee mechanism.Universities can build a new path of“one two three four”for cultivating college students’innovation ability through adhering to the ideological and political guidance of value shaping,optimizing the faculty team that integrates full-time and part-time teaching,improving the innovative curriculum system that includes such three major attributes as integration,cutting-edge and practicality,and constructing a scientific and efficient mechanism including such four major guarantees as resource sharing,multi-party collaboration,ability evaluation and innovation incentive.
