摘要
在实现乡村全面振兴的战略背景下,大力发展职业教育是缓解相对贫困问题的关键策略和时代使命。农村职业教育缓解相对贫困的内在逻辑在于:以持续巩固拓展脱贫攻坚成果为共同的逻辑起点,以不断提高脱贫群众收入水平贯穿其逻辑过程,以加快促进乡村全面振兴为共同的逻辑目标,以实现人的自由全面发展为最终的逻辑价值。农村职业教育缓解相对贫困还存在课程设置与需求脱节、内生发展动力激发受限、增收致富能力带动不强和社会参与合力尚未形成等诸多挑战。农村职业教育缓解相对贫困的实践路径是:设计完备的课程体系,激发自觉的精神思想活力,打造高效的服务保障体系,建立多元的主体参与格局。
In the strategic context of achieving comprehensive rural revitalization,vigorously developing vocational education is a key strategy and mission of the times to alleviate relative poverty.The inherent logic of rural vocational education in alleviating relative poverty lies in the common starting point of continuously consolidating and expanding the achievements of poverty alleviation,the continuous improvement of the income level of poverty-stricken people running through its logical process,the common logical goal of accelerating the comprehensive revitalization of rural areas,and the ultimate logical value of realizing human freedom and comprehensive development.There are still many challenges in alleviating relative poverty in rural vocational education,such as the disconnect between curriculum design and demand,limited stimulation of endogenous development momentum,weak ability to increase income and become prosperous,and lack of social participation synergy.The practical path for relative poverty in rural vocational education is to design a complete curriculum system,stimulate conscious spiritual and ideological vitality,create an efficient service guarantee system,establish a diverse pattern of subject participation.
