摘要
新时代高校提升思想政治教育话语能力,需要从历史、现实、实践三重维度着手加强思想政治教育话语理论构建;以增强话语主体的理论自觉性、文化自信心、使命自豪感的三重向度为着力点提升话语主体能力;以创新话语内容、提升话语表达力、增强话语传播力的“一体两翼”格局构建锻造话语内容表达力与传播力;以设立话语效果评价标准及反馈平台建立健全话语效果反馈机制。
To enhance the discourse ability of ideological and political education in universities in the new era,we should strengthen the theoretical construction of ideological and political education discourse from the three dimensions of history,reality,and practice,focus on improving the ability of discourse subject by enhancing such three dimensions as theoretical consciousness,cultural confidence,and sense of mission pride,build the expression and dissemination of discourse content by means of a“one body&two wings”pattern that innovates discourse content,enhances discourse expression,and strengthens discourse dissemination,and establish and improve the discourse effect feedback mechanism by setting up discourse effect evaluation standards and feedback platforms.
