摘要
目的探索构建基于“互联网+”平台肾癌患者随访体系,并观察其应用效果。方法回顾性分析2020年12月至2022年12月南华大学附属第二医院收治的258例肾癌患者随访情况,按随机数字表法分为对照组与干预组,每组129例。对照组行常规随访,干预组采用“互联网+”平台患者随访体系。对比分析两组患者在门诊预约复诊率、生活质量、肿瘤复发率、健康教育知晓率间的差异。结果干预前,两组患者知信行水平调查问卷评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,干预组患者知识、信念、行为评分均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预1年后,环境评分、社会评分、心理评分、生理评分、世界卫生组织生存质量测定量表评分分别为(29.07±2.56)分、(28.21±2.37)分、(26.35±3.10)分、(25.48±2.71)分及(92.92±4.76)分,均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预1年后,干预组患者门诊预约复诊率为96.12%(124/129)高于对照组的58.14%(75/129),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预1年后,干预组患者健康教育知晓率为92.25%(119/129),高于对照组的67.44%(87/129),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预1年后,干预组患者肿瘤复发率为7.75%(10/129),低于对照组的16.28%(21/129),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于“互联网+”平台肾癌患者随访体系能够有效提升肾癌患者知信行水平,同时明显改善患者的生活质量,减轻临床医务人员的工作负担。
Objective To explore the construction of a postoperative follow-up system for renal cancer patients based on the"Internet+"platform,and observe its application effect.Methods The followup of 258 patients with kidney cancer admitted to the Second Affiliated Hospital of the University of South China from December 2020 to December 2022 were retrospective analyzed.According to the random number table method,the patients were divided into a control group and an intervention group,129 cases in each group.The control group underwent routine follow-up,and the intervention group adopted the"Internet+"platform patient follow-up system.The differences in outpatient appointment follow-up rate,quality of life,tumor recurrence rate,and health education awareness rate between the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results Before the intervention,there was no significant difference in the KAP questionnaire scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After the intervention,the knowledge,belief and behavior scores of the intervention group were significantly higher than those of the control group,with significant differences(P<0.05).One year after the intervention,the environmental score of the intervention group was(29.07±2.56),the social score was(28.21±2.37),the psychological score was(26.35±3.10),the physiological score was(25.48±2.71),and the World Health Organization Quality of Life(WHOQOL)score was(92.92±4.76).All of them were significantly higher than those of the control group,with significant differences(P<0.05).One year after the intervention,the outpatient appointment re-visit rate of the intervention group was 96.12%(124/129),which was higher than 58.14%(75/129)of the control group,with significant differences(P<0.05).After one year of intervention,the health education awareness rate of the intervention group was 92.25%(119/129),which was higher than 67.44%(87/129)of the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).After one year of intervention,the tumor recurrence rate of the intervention group was 7.75%(10/129),which was lower than 16.28%(21/129)of the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The kidney cancer patient follow-up system based on the"Internet+"platform can effectively improve the knowledge,belief and behavior of kidney cancer patients,while significantly improving the patients'quality of life and reducing the workload of clinical medical staff.
