黄河流域高质量发展背景下民间文化非遗化的困境与路径

The Dilemma and Path of the Transformation of Folk Culture into Intangible Cultural Heritage Under the Background of High-Quality Development in the Yellow River Basin

黄河流域是中华文明的重要发祥地,也是彰显中华民族伟大精神的主要区域之一。实现黄河流域高质量发展,离不开区域文化的高质量发展。民间文化与非遗之间存在着耦合关系,在高质量发展的背景下,民间文化的非遗化及在此基础上的创造性转化与创新性发展是重要趋势。然而,民间文化的非遗化实践仍面临着民间文化传播空间的封闭性、主体传承的失衡性以及口头传承的局限性等困境。在《保护非物质文化遗产公约》通过20周年之际,以空间赋能、主体赋能、科技赋能推进民间文化非遗化,不仅是全面推进非遗系统性保护与构建黄河学的重要路径,也是民间文化非遗化赋能区域振兴,助推黄河流域高质量发展,进而“以中国式现代化全面推进中华民族伟大复兴”的内在要求。

The Yellow River basin is a significant birthplace of Chinese civilization,which embodies the profound national spirit.High-quality cultural development holds a crucial position to achieve the region's high-quality development.There is a coupling relationship between folk culture and intangible cultural heritage.Under the background of high-quality development,the creative transformation and innovative development of the transformation between them is an important trend.However,the real practice of transforming work still faces lots of difficulties,such as the spatial closure,the subject imbalance,and the oral form's limitation in the process of spreading folk culture.On the occasion of the 20th anniversary of adopting the convention for safeguarding of the intangible cultural heritage,promote the transformation of folk culture into intangible cultural heritage through space empowerment,subject empowerment and technology empowerment is not only the key to comprehensively promote the systematic protection of intangible cultural heritage and the construction of the Yellow River study,but also the inherent requirement of the transformation of folk culture into intangible cultural heritage empowers regional revitalization,and boosts the high-quality development of the Yellow River basin and promotes “great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation with Chinese-style modernization”.
