摘要
对地铁车辆辅助电源提出了宽输入范围谐振软开关变换器的设计方法,分析说明了Boost电路和谐振变换器电路及器件的参数选取,对全功率范围内LLC谐振变换器的死区时间进行了仿真。在满载和过载情况下,试验验证了谐振软开关变换器零电压开关(ZVS)的实现。
The paper proposes a design method of a wide input resonant soft switching converter for the auxiliary power supply of metro vehicles,analyzes and explains the parameter selection of the Boost circuit and resonant converter circuit and devices.The dead time of the LLC resonant converter in the full power range is simulated.The implementation of zero voltage switching(ZVS)of resonant soft switching converters was experimentally verified under full load and overload conditions.
