一种用于小空间多路IGBT信号处理板的设计

摘要 受原车柜体尺寸限制,在既定的狭窄空间内设计出一种细长结构的信号处理板卡,该板卡实现了主控单元与驱动板卡之间的多路脉冲信号和故障反馈信号的光电转换、电平转换,完成了小尺寸、大功率、多路脉冲变流柜内的主控单元(发光信号脉冲,收5 V电信号反馈)和驱动板(收15 V电信号脉冲,发15 V反馈信号)之间的适配。 Restricted by the size of the original cabinet,a slender signal processing board has been designed for the narrow space.The board realizes the photoelectric conversion and level conversion of multi-channel signals and fault feedbacksignals between the main control unit and the drive board,and completes the adaptation between the main control unit(sending optical signal pulse,receiving 5V electrical signal feedback)and the drive board(receiving 15V electrical signal pulses,sending 15V feedback signals)in a small-sized,high-power,multi-channel pulse converter cabinet.
