从肝郁探讨宁心止动汤治疗儿童抽动障碍

Exploring the treatment of childhood tic disorder with Ningxin Zhidong Tang(宁心止动汤)from the perspective of liver stagnation

儿童抽动障碍由五脏功能失调引起,病位主要在肝,与心、脾、肺、肾相关。通过探讨肝郁的理论基础和小儿肝郁的特点,阐述小儿肝郁与抽动障碍发病的关系,认为儿童抽动障碍的病机以肝郁为本,风、痰阻络,扰乱心神为标,治宜疏肝解郁以治其本,化痰息风、定惊安神、通络止痉以治其标,予宁心止动汤,随症加减,疗效显著。附案例1则,以资验证。

Childhood tic disorder arises from the dysfunction of the five internal organs,with the primary focus on the liver and its relationship with the heart,spleen,lungs,and kidneys.By exploring the theoretical basis of liver stagnation and the characteristics of pediatric liver stagnation,this paper elaborates on the relationship between pediatric liver stagnation and the onset of tic disorder.It is argued that the pathogenesis of childhood tic disorder is rooted in liver stagnation,manifested by wind and phlegm blocking the meridians and disturbing the mind.Therefore,the treatment should focus on soothing the liver and resolving stagnation to address the root cause,while also eliminating phlegm,calming wind,tranquilizing the mind,promoting blood circulation to remove obstruction,and stopping spasms to address the symptoms.The application of Ningxin Zhidong Tang(宁心止动汤),with modifications based on individual symptoms,has yielded significant therapeutic effects.A case study is presented for verification.
