近10年中医辨证论治儿童性早熟研究进展

Research progress on traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation and treatment of precocious puberty in children in recent 10 years

查阅相关文献资料,从病因病机、辨证施治等方面对近10年中医诊治性早熟的研究进行综述,认为性早熟的病位在肾、肝、脾三脏,病机以肝肾亏虚为主,兼肝郁化火、脾虚湿盛,临床以阴虚火旺、肝经郁热、痰湿壅滞3种证型多见,治疗原则为滋阴降火、疏肝解郁、健脾化痰。并根据中医“治未病”思想,从健康管理、调摄体质等方面对性早熟患儿进行调摄,强调早期防治的重要性。

Through reviewing relevant literature,this paper summarizes the research progress in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)for the diagnosis and treatment of precocious puberty in the past decade,focusing on etiology,pathogenesis,and syndrome differentiation and treatment.It concludes that the disease locations of precocious puberty mainly involve the kidneys,liver,and spleen.The core pathogenesis is deficiency of liver and kidney,accompanied by liver depression transforming into fire and spleen deficiency with dampness.Clinically,the most common syndromes include yin deficiency with fire effulgence,stagnation of liver qi with heat,and phlegm-dampness obstruction.The therapeutic principles are nourishing yin and reducing fire,soothing the liver and relieving depression,and invigorating the spleen and resolving phlegm.Furthermore,based on the unique TCM concept of“preventive treatment of disease”,the paper discusses the regulation and care of children with precocious puberty from aspects of health management and physical constitution adjustment,emphasizing the importance of early prevention and treatment.
