摘要
西江流域在每年5月-8月间,上游的强降水导致下游原水浑浊度上升,对下游水司的生产造成影响。通过静态混凝搅拌试验,研究了聚合氯化铝铁(PAFC)和聚合硫酸铁(PFS)2种絮凝剂和高锰酸钾复合盐(PPC)助凝剂对高浊度原水的处理效果。结果表明:PAFC对中高浊度原水的处理效果较好,原水浑浊度200 NTU以下,建议投加量为10~20 mg/L;PFS对中高浊度原水的处理效果同PAFC相当,对更高浊度原水的处理更有优势,原水浑浊度达到500 NTU,单独投加PFS 80 mg/L或复合投加PFS 40 mg/L、PPC 0.5 mg/L,处理后的剩余浊度可以满足滤前水的要求。
The heavy rainfall in the upstream of the Xijiang River Basin causes an increase in the turbidity of the downstream raw water between May and August each year,which has an impact on the production of downstream water companies.This article studied the treatment effect of two flocculants,including polymeric aluminum ferric chloride(PAFC)and polymeric ferric sulfate(PFS),and a coagulant aid,including potassium permanganate composite(PPC),on high turbidity raw water through static coagulation and stirring experiments.The experimental results showed that PAFC had a good treatment effect on medium and high turbidity raw water.When the turbidity of the raw water was below 200 NTU,10~20 mg/L of PAFC should be added separately.The treatment effect of PFS on medium to high turbidity raw water was equivalent to that of PAFC,and it had advantages in treating higher turbidity raw water.When the turbidity of the raw water reached 500 NTU,it was recommended to add 80 mg/L of PFS or 40 mg/L of PFS and 0.5 mg/L of PPC together.The remaining turbidity after treatment could meet the requirements of the water before filtration.
