摘要
以安徽省某大型综合性医院污水处理站为例,针对其出水氨氮不达标、沉淀效果差、生物处理系统运行不稳定等问题,在充分利用原有池体结构以降低改造成本的前提下,通过“A/O+斜管沉淀”工艺技术改造、以组合填料替代原悬浮填料等方式,对原生物接触氧化法处理工艺进行了技术改造。运行结果显示,技术改造后出水水质有较大幅度提升,氨氮等关键指标满足预处理及污水厂纳管标准要求,且同步实现了COD等主要污染物的高效去除,系统工艺运行稳定。
Taking a large-scale comprehensive hospital sewage treatment station in Anhui Province as an example,in response to the problems of substandard ammonia nitrogen in its effluent,poor sedimentation effect,and unstable operation of the biological treatment system,the original“biological contact oxidation method”treatment process was technically modified by using“A/O+inclined tube sedimentation”technology and replacing the original suspended packing with composite packing,while fully utilizing the original tank structure to reduce the transformation cost.The operation results show that the effluent quality has significantly improved after the technological transformation,and key indicators such as ammonia nitrogen meet the requirements of pre-treatment and sewage treatment plant pipeline standards.The efficient removal of major pollutants such as COD has also been achieved simultaneously,and the system process is running stably.
