摘要
当前全国不少广播电视地球站在设计高清上行系统时,调制器的输入端口通常被配置成加密信号和清流信号两个输入端口,极其需要一种控制调制器输入端口手动快速切换的实体切换器,以摆脱在网络管理系统上切换操作的依赖。当前无论国际还是国内还没有发现具有这种功能的实体产品,所以本文提供了一种利用Arduino单片机和Modbus TCP网关模块组成的调制器输入切换器的设计方案,并已做成成品,性能优良。这种方案具有普遍性,对于所有支持SNMP协议的设备,依照本文方案,都能够做出实体的控制设备。希望能为广大广播电视地球站提供一定的借鉴。
In the design of high-definition uplink systems for radio and television earth stations,the input port of the modulator is often configured with two input ports:one for scrambled stream signals and the other for unscrambled stream signals.Therefore,there is a significant need for a physical switch that can manually and quickly switch the input port of the modulator,allowing for independence from network management system operations.Currently,there are no known physical products with this functionality,both internationally and domestically.This paper presents a design solution for a modulator input switch using an Arduino microcontroller and a Modbus TCP gateway module.The proposed solution has been implemented and demonstrates excellent performance.Furthermore,this design is universal and applicable to all devices that support the SNMP protocol,enabling the creation of physical control devices.It is expected that this paper can provide valuable insights for radio and television earth stations.
