本文对广电视听监测监管大数据的特点进行了梳理,并对如何通过大数据与人工智能技术的协同应用、共同构建广电视听智能监测监管平台进行了初步探讨,旨在改善广电视听监测监管领域目前存在的监测资源“信息孤岛”和技术系统智能化水平不足的问题。

This article summarizes the characteristics of big data for monitoring and supervision of broadcasting and television,and explores how to jointly build an intelligent monitoring and supervision platform for broadcasting and television through the collaborative application of big data and artificial intelligence technology.The aim is to improve the current problems of monitoring resources“information silos”and insufficient intelligence level of technical systems in the field of broadcasting and television monitoring and supervision.
