摘要
针对传统的安全播出人工抄表巡检存在的巡检效率低、巡检不到位、巡检不规范等弊端,结合日常安全巡检工作流程及重保期的精益巡检要求,利用SpringBoot+Mybatis+Vue+ElementUI+uni-app技术自主开发了基于“互联网+”的轻量级前后端分离广播电视安全播出智能巡检系统。本系统主要由NFC标签、智能巡检终端APP以及web后台管理系统三大核心部分组成。它基于精细化管理理念,采用自适应技术推送相应的巡检计划,从而实现了巡检工作的计划性、内容丰富性、规范化、结果明确性以及监管的有效性。这一智能闭环安全播出巡检新模式显著提升了日常安全播出巡检工作的效率和质量,并有效预防了安全播出事故的发生。
In view of the shortcomings of the traditional safety broadcast manual meter reading patrol for safe broadcasting,such as low patrol efficiency,inadequate patrol,and non-standard patrol,combined with the daily safety inspection workflow and the lean inspection requirements of the reinsurance period,a lightweight intelligent patrol system for safe broadcasting of radio and television with front end and rear end separation based on“Internet plus”was developed independently using SpringBoot+Mybatis+Vue+ElementUI+uni app technology.The system is mainly composed of NFC tags,smart tags,and intelligent tags.The system is mainly composed of NFC tags,an intelligent inspection terminal APP,and a web background management system,based on lean management of safety broadcast inspection model using adaptive push corresponding inspection plan,to achieve a new mode of intelligent closed-loop safety broadcast inspection with inspection plan,content,specification,result and supervision to improve the efficiency and quality of daily inspection work and effectively prevent safety The new mode of intelligent closed-loop safety broadcasting inspection improves the efficiency and quality of daily inspection work and effectively prevents the occurrence of safety broadcasting accidents.
