摘要
机动车排气火花熄灭器在安全生产中起着至关重要的作用,在交通运输中确保车辆运输安全和环境安全。火花熄灭器产生的背压过大会导致柴油发动机效率降低,为了提高柴油发动机的工作效率,采用理论和实验相结合的方法,以非一体型机动车排气火花熄灭器为研究对象,通过计算非道路机械车辆中的柴油发动机配带火花熄灭器后,排气系统背压系统的相关参数,分析后装火花熄灭器对柴油发动机的影响。结果表明,此方法可以有效避免后装火花熄灭器对柴油发动机排气系统影响,减少设备故障,降低维修成本。
Motor vehicle exhaust spark arrester plays a vital role in safe production,ensuring vehicle transport safety and environmental safety in transportation.Excessive back pressure from the spark arrester can reduce the efficiency of a diesel engine.In order to improve the working efficiency of diesel engines,a combination of theory and experiment methods was adopted,taking non-uniform vehicle exhaust spark arrester as the research object,by calculating the relevant parameters of the exhaust system backpressure system of diesel engines equipped with spark arresters in non road machinery vehicles,analyze the impact of installing spark arresters on diesel engines.The results indicated that it could effectively avoid the impact of rear mounted spark arresters on the exhaust system of diesel engines,reduce equipment failures,and lower maintenance costs.
