摘要
为了提高热轧产线的生产效率、降低能耗、改善产品质量,通过正交试验设计方法对热矫直机的矫直工艺参数进行优化研究,并采用统计分析方法全面评估工艺参数优化后对热矫效果产生的影响。结果表明:合适的矫直速度、材料材质、材料厚度及宽度等因素组合作用,能有效提高矫直效率、降低能耗、改善产品质量。再通过极差和方差分析,最终确定了工艺参数的优选组合,拓展了矫直工艺参数的优化设计方法,可以在不影响生产的前提下对后续复杂或非线性参数进行优化。
In order to increase the production efficiency,reduce the energy consumption,improve the product quality,optimization study is carried out on the leveling process parameters of the hot leveler by the test of orthogonal design method,the effect of the process parameters optimization on the hot leveling result is evaluated by the statistical analysis method.The results show that the joint functioning of the factors such as rational leveling speed,material quality,material thickness and width can effectively increase the leveling efficiency,reduce the energy consumption,improve the product quality.The optimized combination of the process parameters are finally determined and the optimization design method of the leveling process parameters is expanded by range analysis and variance analysis,which can optimize the subsequent complex and non-linear parameters without affecting the production.
