摘要
目前顶管技术在我国实际工程应用中较为广泛,但在水利工程中涉及超长距离硬岩顶管应用较少。文章以前坪水库灌区工程3#隧洞硬岩顶管施工项目为例,就超长距离、硬岩顶管施工技术,从刀盘结构设计、改进刀具结构及耐磨性、管材选用、设置顶推装置及中继间、优化防返渣、触变泥浆参数等技术措施详细进行论述,为工程的顺利进展提供了可靠的技术支撑。
At present,pipe jacking technology is widely used in engineering construction in China,while it is seldom used in very long distance pipe jacking in hard rock in hydraulic engineering construction.Taking the hard rock pipe jacking construction of No.3 tunnel in Qianping Reservoir Irrigation Area as an example,the paper discusses the technical measures for very long distance pipe jacking in hard rock,such as the design of cutter head structure,modification of cutter structure and abrasion resistance,selection of pipe material,setting of pipe jacking device and relay,optimization of back slug control and thixotropic mud parameters,that promoted smooth construction of the project.
