摘要
以“碳达峰、碳中和”政策的科学内涵和建设要求为出发点,通过对公路建设项目的全生命周期碳排放核算,明确公路建设项目碳排放的组成结构和主要碳排放来源,探讨利用生命周期评估方法核算公路建设项目碳排放是对“碳达峰、碳中和”政策的重要支撑作用。本文围绕公路建设项目搭建生命周期碳排放核算框架,使用实际项目的人工、材料和机械消耗清单,结合公路建设相关规范,详细核算各分项工程的建设期碳排放,根据项目特点设置合理情景核算其运营期碳排放,由此控制项目全生命周期碳排放的重要组成部分,为有针对性进行公路建设项目碳减排提供支撑。
This paper calculates the carbon emissions of highway construction projects throughout the life cycle,clarifies the composition structure and main sources of carbon emissions,and explores the important support role of using life cycle assessment method to calculate carbon emissions of highway construction projects for the“carbon peak and carbon neutrality”policy.This paper builds a carbon emission accounting framework for each life cycle of highway construction projects,and based on the consumption list of labor,materials and machinery of actual projects,it calculates the construction period carbon emissions of each sub-project in detail,and sets reasonable scenarios to calculate the operational period carbon emissions based on the characteristics of the project,and results have important data reference value for the implementation of green and low-carbon transformation in highway transportation.
