摘要
为了掌握“1+X”证书制度在具体实施过程中企业、院校、学生的具体诉求及期望获得的利益,有效应对实施过程中的难点,从“1+X”证书组织与实施、X证书的社会认同、校企合作、人才培养、师资激励等维度,对多元主体的参与状况进行了研究,并就提升“1+X”证书制度实施效果提出了建议。
In order to master the specific demands and expected benefits of enterprises,colleges and students during the implementation of“1+X”certificate system,and effectively deal with the difficulties and pain points in the implementation process,this paper conducted a survey on the participation of multiple subjects from the aspects of“1+X”certificate organization and implementation,social recognition of X certificate,school-enterprise cooperation,talent training,teacher incentive and so on.Some suggestions are put forward to improve the implementation effect of“1+X”certificate system.
