摘要
新疆生产建设兵团(以下简称“兵团”)建设的地下水井电双控工程,运行数据分别存储在各师自建的数据库中,不利于兵团统一监管,迫切需要加快地下水异构数据集成与监管分析。开展兵团地下水机井资源数据整合,主要基于兵团水利一张图综合信息系统,以springboot为系统框架,采用WebGIS的异构系统集成整合,实现机井“一数一源”体系建设,建成统一共享的地下水数据管理中心,有效提升兵团地下水资源监管能力。
In the groundwater well electric dual control project built by the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps(hereinafter referred to briefly as"corps"),the operation data are stored in the self-built database at division level,it is not conducive to the unified supervision of the corps.It is urgent to accelerate the integration and regulatory analysis of heterogeneous groundwater data.It carries out the data integration of groundwater pumping well resources in the corps,mainly based on the corps water conservancy one map comprehensive information system.With springboot as the system framework,the heterogeneous system integration of WebGIS is adopted to realize the construction of"one data one source"system for pumping wells,build a unified and shared groundwater data management center for the corps,and improve the ability of groundwater resources supervision.
