三维GIS地下管网管理系统设计与实现

摘要 为解决传统二维地下管网GIS系统无法直观立体地展现不同类型管线间的空间关系、准确分析复杂地下管线结构等问题,利用三维GIS技术,基于SSM框架集和Cesium地图库,搭建三维GIS地下管网管理系统,对海量、多源的地下管网数据进行高效的组织、存储和管理,实现了三维可视化交互展示、三维地下管网模型动态管理、三维地下管网空间分析以及系统管理等,为城市规划、建设和管理提供决策支持,有效保证了地下管网的安全施工和高效运营,提高了地下管网管理水平。 In order to solve the problems that the traditional two-dimensional GIS system of underground pipe network cannot intuitively and stereoscopically display the spatial relationship between different types of pipelines and accurately analyze the complex underground pipeline structure,three-dimensional GIS technology is used to build a three-dimensional GIS underground pipe network management system based on SSM frame set and Cesium map library,which can realize efficient organization,storage and management of the mass and multi-source underground network data,interactive display 3D visualization,dynamic management of 3D pipe network model,3D pipe network spatial analysis and system management,providing decision support for urban planning,construction and management,effectively ensuring the safety of the underground pipe network construction and efficient operation,improving the management level of the underground pipe network.
