摘要
在国家大力开展工程建设项目审批改革的大背景下,为提高工程建设项目的审批效率,本文针对工程建设项目前期项目策划生成工作,基于“多规合一”信息平台,搭建了“多规合一”协同审批系统,实现了工程建设项目的录入、分类、检测、入库、推送以及展示等工作,避免了项目因规划冲突导致项目反复修改、无法落位等问题,极大地提高了项目审批效率,减少了项目审批时限。
Under the background of vigorously carrying out the reform of examination and approval for engineering construction projects in China,in order to improve the efficiency of engineering construction project examination and approval,the author of this paper generated the early stage of the project planning work,based on the information platform of"multiple planning integration",constructed the"multiple planning integration"collaborative examination and approval system,realized the entry,classification,detection,warehousing,delivery and display of construction projects.It avoids the problems of repeated modification and suspension of projects caused by planning conflicts,greatly improves the efficiency of project examination and approval and reduces the time limit of project examination and approval.
