电刺激伤口促愈水凝胶材料研究进展

Research Progress of Hydrogel Materials for Stimulating Wound Healing by Electrical Stimulation

摘要 本文综述了水凝胶敷料的最新进展。介绍了水凝胶作为伤口敷料的优点,概述了电刺激促进伤口愈合的原理。重点介绍了现阶段电刺激促进伤口愈合的方式,即在水凝胶敷料中加入导电或压电材料使水凝胶在外力作用下产生电信号,刺激细胞增殖和分化,促进伤口愈合;阐述了电刺激水凝胶面临的机遇和挑战。 The latest progress of hydrogel dressing was reviewed in this paper.The advantages of hydrogel as wound dressing were introduced.Then,the principle of electrical stimulation to promote wound healing was summarized.This paper also focuses on the current way of promoting wound healing by electrical stimulation,that is,adding conductive or piezoelectric materials to hydrogel dressings to generate electrical signals under external force,which can stimulate cell proliferation and differentiation,and promote wound healing.Finally,the opportunities and challenges facing electrostimulated hydrogels were described.
