摘要
为了提升智能变电站继电保护装置的运维效率,研究运用风险理论、效用模型和权重法,通过蒙特卡罗法模拟得出装置风险因素。结合可靠性与经济因素,使用多目标决策制订检修策略,并构建基于全生命周期成本的最优经济寿命模型。结果表明,研究方法对各设备的严重程度与风险值进行计算的误差均值为0.272,且研究方法的检修年均成本与时间分别为4.8万元、8.7h,优于现有检修方法,可为电力系统的可靠运行提供有力支持。
In order to improve the operation and maintenance efficiency of relay protection devices in intelligent substations,risk theory,utility models,and weighting methods are studied and applied to simulate the risk factors of the devices through Monte Carlo simulation.Combining reliability and economic factors,using multi-objective decision-making to formulate maintenance strategies,and constructing an optimal economic life model based on full lifecycle costs.The results showed that the average error of the research method in calculating the severity and risk value of each equipment was 0.272,and the average annual maintenance cost and time of the research method were 48000 yuan and 8.7 hours,respectively,which were superior to existing maintenance methods and could provide strong support for the reliable operation of the power system.
