颗粒物采样器自循环试验校准用装置

摘要 设计一种能用于检测颗粒物采样器自循环试验的装置,该装置包括密闭舱、烟雾发生器、自动进样器、混合装置和待测试颗粒物采样器。装置中的烟雾发生器通过自动进样器通入密闭舱,颗粒物在密闭舱体中通过混匀装置混合均匀,颗粒物采样器排放口通过排放管路的长短及位置有效检测颗粒物采样器是否有自循环现象发生,保证采样器采样数据的准确可靠。颗粒物采样器采集的滤膜通过称重法检测颗粒物浓度,密闭舱体中通过β射线颗粒物监测仪(参比仪器)监测密闭舱体中颗粒物浓度。 A device that can be used to detect the self-circulation test of the particle sampler is designed,which includes a closed chamber,a smoke generator,an automatic sampler,a mixing device and a particulate matter sampler to be tested.The smoke generator in the device is passed into the closed chamber through the automatic sampler,the particles are evenly mixed through the mixing device in the closed chamber,and the discharge port of the particle sampler can effectively detect whether the particulate matter sampler has self-circulation phenomenon through the length and position of the discharge pipeline,so as to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the sampler sampling data.The filter membrane collected by the particle sampler is measured by gravimetric method,and the concentration of particulate matter in the closed cabin is monitored by a β-ray particle monitor(reference instrument).
