摘要
足迹即脚印,是识别犯罪嫌疑人的重要证据之一,足迹检验是公安痕迹检验工作中的重要内容,通过现场遗留的痕迹认定犯罪嫌疑人从而证实其犯罪行为,足迹检验鉴定也成为重要的提取物证的方式以及为刑事审判提供间接证据。犯罪嫌疑人在犯罪现场往往会遗留以灰尘作为介质的平面足迹,结合以往的现场勘察经验以及对于传统显现方法的优化创新,灰尘平面足迹通常以静电吸附法作为有针对性的显现提取方法,本研究对于不同平面上的灰尘穿鞋、穿袜足迹进行粉末法显现,针对足迹背景颜色使用不同颜色的粉末以增强颜色反差,以探究粉末法适合于显现增强何种情况下的灰尘平面足迹。
The footprint is one of the important evidence to identify the criminal suspect,and the footprint examination is an important means to identify the criminal suspect through the traces left at the scene,footprint verification has also become an important way to extract physical evidence and provide indirect evidence for criminal trials.The criminal suspects often leave a plane footprint with dust as the medium at the crime scene,combining with the previous site investigation experience and the optimization and innovation of the traditional method of appearance,in this study,the footprints of dust wearing shoes and socks on different planes were compared and studied,different colored powders are used to enhance the color contrast for the background color of the footprint to explore which dust plane footprint is suitable for the powder method.
