摘要
为了满足高阻隔软包装用快速复合的要求,通过自主设计预聚体,自主设计扩链制备NCO组分和OH组分,合成了一种适用于高阻隔软包装,并能高速复合的无溶剂聚氨酯胶粘剂。研究了R值和反应温度对胶粘剂胶盘寿命和反应速率的影响,以及不同复合速度下对高阻隔复合结构外观、剥离强度和热封强度的影响。实验结果表明,成功开发出适用于高阻隔多层复合结构,并能高速复合的无溶剂聚氨酯胶粘剂。
In order to meet the requirements of rapid composite for high barrier flexible packaging,a solvent-free polyurethane adhesive suitable for high barrier flexible packaging and high-speed composite was synthesized by independently designing prepolymers,and designing chain extension to prepare NCO and OH components.Studied the effects of R value and reaction temperature on the lifespan and reaction rate of adhesive discs,as well as the effects of different composite speeds on the appearance,peel strength,and heat sealing strength of high barrier composite structures.The results showed that a solvent-free polyurethane adhesive suitable for high barrier multi-layer and high-speed composite structure was successfully developed.
