伏风理论指导儿科过敏性疾病辨证论治

The Guidance of the Theory of Latent-Wind in Syndrome Differentiation and Treatment of Pediatric Allergic Diseases

提出特禀质儿童的体质特点是伏风内潜,一旦患儿为外来“虚邪贼风”所引,则发生如鼻鼽、风咳、哮喘、风瘾、湿疹等“风病”(过敏性疾病)。这类风病治疗应当以消风法为主,辨证配用散邪、除湿、润燥、豁痰、凉血、养血、固表等治法治疗。介绍了如何以伏风理论认识小儿鼻鼽、风咳、哮喘、风瘾、湿疹等过敏性疾病的病因病机、临床辨证,以及以消风法为主治疗这些疾病的有效经验方药。

It is proposed that the constitutional characteristic of children with special constitutions is the presence of latent-wind.When these children are affected by external“deficient evil wind”,conditions such as allergic rhinitis,wind cough,asthma,wind rash,and eczema may occur,all of which are classified as“wind diseases”(allergic diseases).The treatment for these wind diseases should primarily focus on the method of dispelling wind,supplemented with syndrome differentiation to incorporate treatment approaches such as dispersing pathogenic factors,eliminating dampness,moistening dryness,resolving phlegm,cooling the blood,nourishing the blood,and reinforcing the exterior.This paper introduces how to understand the etiology and pathogenesis,as well as clinical differentiation of allergic diseases in children,such as allergic rhinitis,wind cough,asthma,wind rash,and eczema,through the lens of the theory of latent-wind.It also presents effective experiences and formulas for treating these diseases primarily using the method of dispelling wind.
