地方本科院校应用型课程混合式教学设计与实践——以《运动训练学》为例

摘要 地方本科院校应用型课程混合式教学强调课程的应用性和适应性,以行动的逻辑构建教学体系,以学生为中心设计学习活动,以适应课程、教师、学生的实际需要,实现现代教育技术与课程教学相互融合的深度学习。对地方本科院校体育专业《运动训练学》课程进行应用性改造,设计“五位一体”的课程教学体系,使课程教学适应体育应用型人才培养的要求,并在教学实践中得到较好的应用。运动训练学混合式教学设计与实践,可为同类型应用型课程的教学改革提供一定参考和借鉴。 Mixed teaching for applied courses in local universities emphasizes curriculum applicability and adaptability.It constructs a teaching system rooted in action logic and designs student-centered learning activities to address the needs of curricula,teachers,and students,thereby achieving the integration of modern educational technology with indepth learning.To reform the sports training course for physical education majors at local universities,a“Five-in-One”teaching system was designed to align course instruction with the requirements for cultivating applied talents in physical education,enhancing its practical application in teaching.The mixed teaching design and practice in sports training can serve as a reference for the teaching reform of similar applied curricula.
