大党独有难题的内在逻辑、主要表现及破解之道

The Internal Logic,Main Manifestations and Solutions of the Unique Problems of a Major Party

习近平总书记用六个“如何始终”指明了大党独有难题的要义,其中的内在逻辑应当从中国共产党政党的宏大性、执政的长期性、使命的艰巨性出发,从而建构对大党独有难题的认识。从内容指向来看,大党独有难题又具体表现为如何保持马克思主义执政党的先进性和纯洁性、如何增强长期执政过程中党的凝聚力和战斗力、如何筑牢中华民族伟大复兴的使命感和责任感,这是一个大党在长期执政过程中需要面临的终身课题、必修课题和时代课题。结合历史经验,解决大党独有难题,一要以严的基调推进党的自我革命;二要坚定拥护“两个确立”,坚决做到“两个维护”;三要忠实履行党章赋予的责任和义务。

Xi Jinping pointed out the essence of the unique problems of the major Party with six“how to”and“always”,the internal logic of which should start from the grand nature of the Communist Party of China’s political party,the long-term nature of governance,and the arduousness of the mission,so as to construct an understanding of the unique problems of the major party.From the point of view of the content,the unique problems of the major party are manifested in how to maintain the advanced nature and purity of the Marxist governing party,how to enhance the party’s cohesion and combat effectiveness in the long-term governance process,and how to build a strong sense of mission and responsibility for the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.This is a lifelong task,compulsory task and the task of the times that the major party needs to face in the long-term governance process.Combining historical experience to solve the unique problems of a major party,we must first promote the Party’s self-revolution with a strict tone;Second,we must firmly support the“two establishment”and resolutely achieve the“two maintenance”;Third,we must faithfully fulfill the responsibilities and obligations conferred by the Party Constitution.
