连铸坯的热脆裂纹产生原因分析

摘要 连铸坯的裂纹缺陷是影响中厚板轧制及成本控制的重要因素之一,深入研究这个指标可有效降低不必要的裂纹修磨率和工序消耗,减少废品产出率,提升产品质量,同时可有效降低生产成本,增加企业的交货能力和市场竞争力。论述通过跟踪大量的连铸坯加热及轧制过程,收集相应的原料处理工艺、温度控制改进措施,将相关措施应用于实际生产中,较好地提升了轧制质量,不仅减轻了半成品钢材的中间工序库存压力,有效改善了钢材的生产效率和交货期,还显著提高了企业的经济效益。 Even casting billet crack defect is one of the important factors affecting the plate rolling and cost control,further study of this index can effectively reduce unnecessary crack rate and process sequence consumption,reduce waste productivity,improve product quality,at the same time effectively reduce the production cost,Increase the delivery capacity and market competitiveness.This paper is about through the tracking of a large number of continuous casting billet heating and rolling process,collect the corresponding raw material processing process,temperature control improvement measures,applied to the actual production,better to improve the quality of rolling,not only reduce the semi-finished steel intermediate process inventory pressure,effectively improve the steel production efficiency and delivery time,also significantly improve the economic benefit of the enterprise.
