复杂曲面螺杆头模锻冷挤压快速成形组合工艺研究与应用

摘要 为提高复杂曲面螺杆头的加工效率,研究并改变了传统机械切削加工方式,通过创新引入热锻、冷挤压及局部切削整形的组合工艺模式,从工艺流程优化、模具开发、工艺参数等方面研究,经批量验证,采用组合工艺制造的螺杆头无开裂缺陷,表面质量优良,能完全取代常规机械加工,降低生产制造成本,实现螺杆头生产效率大幅提升。 In order to improve the processing efficiency of complex curved screw heads,traditional mechanical cutting methods have been studied and changed.A combination process mode of hot forging,cold extrusion,and local cutting shaping has been innovatively introduced.From the aspects of process flow optimization,mold development,and process parameters,batch verification has been conducted.The screw heads manufactured by the combination process have no cracking defects,excellent surface quality,can completely replace conventional mechanical processing,reduce production costs,and achieve a significant improvement in screw head production efficiency.
