奥氏体耐热钢SP2215焊接工艺研究

摘要 自主研发的新型奥氏体耐热钢SP2215具有良好的高温持久强度和较好的抗腐蚀、抗氧化性能,极有可能替代HR3C耐热钢。对奥氏体耐热钢SP2215进行了热丝TIG焊工艺研究,同种、异种材质焊接接头各项力学性能良好,SP2215钢同种材质所选焊丝的焊接接头高温持久强度与母材相当,为电站锅炉使用奥氏体耐热钢SP2215的过热器和再热器提供焊接技术支撑,同时便于锅炉焊接技术人员借鉴参考。 The self-developed new austenitic heat-resistant steel SP2215 has good high-temperature endurance strength and good corrosion/oxidation resistance,which is highly likely to replace HR3C heat-resistant steel.This article studied the hot wire TIG welding process of SP2215,and found that the mechanical properties of the welded joints made of the same or different materials are good.The high-temperature endurance strength of the welded joints made of the selected welding wires for SP2215 is comparable to that of the base material,providing welding technical support for the use of SP2215 in superheaters and reheaters in power plant boilers,and facilitating reference for boiler welding technicians.
