耳穴压豆联合鲁拉西酮对女性精神分裂症合并睡眠紊乱的负性情绪及睡眠质量的影响

The Effect of Ear Acupressure Combined with Lurasidone on Negative Emotions and Sleep Quality in Women with Schizophrenia Complicated by Sleep Disorders

目的探究耳穴压豆联合鲁拉西酮对女性精神分裂症合并睡眠紊乱的负性情绪及睡眠质量的影响。方法选取2022年3月至2023年6月于我院就诊的80例女性精神分裂症合并睡眠紊乱患者,随机分为两组,各40例。两组均采用鲁拉西酮治疗,对照组在此基础上接受常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上加用耳穴压豆干预。比较两组焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)、阳性与阴性症状量表(PANSS)。结果两组干预6周的SAS、SDS评分、PSQI评分、PANSS评分均降低,观察组较对照组低(P<0.05)。结论耳穴压豆联合鲁拉西酮可减轻女性精神分裂症合并睡眠紊乱的负性情绪和阳性与阴性症状,改善其睡眠质量。

Objective To investigate the effects of ear acupressure combined with lurasidone on negative emotions and sleep quality in women with schizophrenia complicated by sleep disorders.Methods Eighty female patients with schizophrenia and sleep disorders who visited our hospital from March 2022 to June 2023 were randomly divided into two groups,with 40 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with Lurasidone.The control group received routine nursing on this basis,and the observation group added ear point pressing bean intervention on the basis of the control group.Compare two groups of Self Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS),Self Rating Depression Scale(SDS),Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI),Positive and Negative Symptoms Scale(PANSS).Results The SAS,SDS,PSQI,and PANSS scores of both intervention groups decreased after 6 weeks,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Ear acupressure combined with lurasidone can alleviate negative emotions and positive/negative symptoms of sleep disorders in women with schizophrenia,and improve their sleep quality.
