T型超深地连墙钢筋笼制作控制要点分析

摘要 在超深异型地连墙施工中,钢筋笼制作对钢筋笼吊装及混凝土浇注等后续工艺有着重要影响,是整个超深异型地连墙施工控制的重中之重。基于天津某市政工程T型超深地连墙钢筋笼制作的施工经验和工程案例,从钢筋笼断面形式、钢筋笼分段位置和钢筋笼吊点加强区三方面提出T型超深地连墙钢筋笼制作控制要点,降低钢筋笼卡槽、撕裂以及槽壁坍塌、混凝土沉渣过厚等施工风险,确保后续混凝土浇注灌注和地连墙整体施工质量,为类似超深异型地连墙钢筋笼制作提供了施工经验和依据。 In the construction of ultra-deep special-shaped diaphragm wall,the reinforcement cage fabrication has an important impact on the subsequent processes such as reinforcement cage hoisting and concrete pouring,and is regarded as the top priority of the construction control of the whole ultra-deep special-shaped diaphragm wall.Based on the experience in the reinforcement cage fabrication of T-shaped ultra-deep diaphragm wall in a public project in Tianjin,the related key control points were put forward and analyzed from three aspects,namely,the section form,the sectional position,and the lifting point reinforcing zone of reinforcement cage.The above control essentials could help reduce such construction risks as the reinforcement cage groove clamping,tearing,groove wall collapse and excessive thickness of concrete sediment,ensure the quality of the subsequent concrete pouring and the overall construction of diaphragm wall,and provide a certain construction experience and basis for similar projects.
