摘要
耙吸挖泥船泥舱的消能箱结构对装舱溢流损失有着重要的影响。本文首先针对某耙吸挖泥船的施工参数进行了数值计算方法的验证,从装舱曲线来看,数值计算的装舱曲线与施工曲线的变化趋势基本一致,两者的吻合度较好;基于该数值方法对泥舱消能箱正向出流和反向出流两种结构形式下的装舱效果进行了对比研究,计算结果显示,相比正向出流的结构形式,采用反向出流的消能箱结构形式能够提高细颗粒泥沙的装舱效率。
Energy dissipation box structure in the hopper of a trailing suction dredger was an important factor for the overflow loss during the process of loading.Firstly,the construction parameters of a trailing suction dredger were verified through numerical calculation.The loading curve showed that the numerical calculation result was basically consistent with the change of construction curve.The loading effects of the energy dissipation box subject to forward and reverse outflow are compared and analyzed by using the above method,which showed that the energy dissipation box based on the reverse outflow improved the efficiency of loading fine sediment into the hopper.
