生态文明理念下的城市工业老区更新探索——以兰州市西固区为例

Exploration on the Renewal of Old Industrial Areas in Cities under the Concept of Ecological Civilization:A Case of Xigu District in Lanzhou City

鉴于兰州市西固区地理位置的特殊性,加之工业区的有机更新转型,需要探索实施性更强的工业区更新理念与方法。文章浅析我国城市更新工作发展阶段,针对性地提出生态文明时代,在兰西城市群、黄河流域生态保护和高质量发展等国家战略要求下,兰州市西固区的城市发展亟须探索经济活力不强、城市功能不显、环境品质及生活质量不高等问题的解决路径。文章通过梳理西固区发展脉络、本底特色、建设现状,针对西固区城市更新难以实施的薄弱环节,探索城市更新实施机制的关键保障,以及促进高质量发展的规划路径。

In view of the special geographical location of Xigu District in Lanzhou City and the organic renewal and transformation of industrial zone,it is necessary to explore the concept and method of industrial zone renewal with stronger implementation.The paper analyzes the development stage of urban renewal work in China.In the era of ecological civilization,under the national strategic requirements of Lanxi City Cluster and the Yellow River Basin for ecological protection and high-quality development,etc.,the urban development mode of Xigu District urgently needs to explore the solution paths to the problems of weak economic vitality,insignificant urban functions,and poor environmental quality and quality of life.By sorting out the development context,background characteristics and construction status of Xigu District,in view of the weak links that make it difficult to carry out urban renewal,the paper explores the key guarantee of urban renewal system and the planning path to promote high-quality development.
