汉口西商赛马俱乐部旧址(D区)保护修缮研究

Research on the Protection and Repair of the Former Site of Hankou Xishang Jockey Club(Zone D)

汉口西商赛马俱乐部旧址在当时的社会背景下是具有创新意义的,建筑整体布局及建筑细部设计都具有较高的价值,系湖北省重点文物保护单位。文章在结合实地考察和调研的基础上,对西商赛马俱乐部旧址的损坏现状进行了详细描述,并针对这些现状提出了对应的修缮措施。文章在尊重西商赛马俱乐部旧址科学、历史、艺术和社会价值的基础上,对其进行修复时,遵循原真性原则、整体性原则、最小干预原则和可逆性原则,并提出了修缮保护的具体技术措施,以消除影响建筑结构的主要病害,使旧址得到有效保护。

The Former Site of Hankou Xishang Jockey Club is of innovative significance in the social context of that time.The overall layout and detailed design of the building have relatively high value.And it’s a key cultural relic protection unit in Hubei Province.On the basis of on-site investigation and research,this paper provides a detailed description on the current damage situation of the Former Site of Hankou Xishang Jockey Club,and proposes corresponding repair measures in response to these situations.On the basis of respecting the scientific,historical,artistic,and social values of the Former Site of Hankou Xishang Jockey Club,the paper adheres to the principles of authenticity,integrity,minimal intervention,and reversibility that need to be followed when repairing it,and proposes specific technical measures for repair and protection to eliminate the main diseases that affect the building structure and effectively protect the old site.
