摘要
为了确保门式起重机在桥梁施工过程中的安全运行,本研究结合具体工程案例,详细介绍了钢桁梁桥施工过程中涉及的门式起重机基础设计与施工过程,并根据相关规范计算了门式起重机基础桩的竖向极限承载力、沉降量、竖向弹簧刚度和轨道梁连接强度。此外,通过MIDAS等有限元软件分析了门式起重机基础桩的反力及轨道梁的受力和变形情况,结果均符合规范要求。为钢桁梁桥的门式起重机基础设计与施工提供了一种新思路。
In order to ensure the safe operation of gan-try cranes during bridge construction,combined with specific engineering cases,this paper introduces in detail the design and construction process of portal crane foundation involved in the construction of steel truss girder bridges,and calculates the vertical ultimate bearing capacity,settlement,vertical spring stiffness and track beam connection strength of portal crane foundation piles according to relevant specifications.In addition,the reaction force of portal crane foundation pile as well as the force and deformation of rail girder are analyzed by MIDAS and other finite element soft-ware,and the results are in line with the specification requirements.A new idea is provided for the design and construction of portal crane foundation for steel truss bridge.
