群组孕期保健模式结合数字化营养管理对妊娠期糖尿病孕妇体重管理及血糖控制的影响

Effects of group pregnancy health care model combined with digital nutrition management on weight management and blood glucose control in pregnant women with gestational diabetes mellitus

目的探讨群组孕期保健模式结合数字化营养管理对妊娠期糖尿病(GDM)孕妇体重管理及血糖控制的影响。方法选取2020年1月至2022年12月收治的110例GDM孕妇为研究对象,随机将其分为对照组和观察组,各55例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施群组孕期保健模式结合数字化营养管理。比较两组的干预效果。结果干预后,观察组的身体质量指数(BMI)低于对照组,成年人健康自我管理能力测评量表(AHSMSRS)评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组的餐后2 h血糖(2 h PG)、甘油三酯(TG)水平及糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)均低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的妊娠和围生儿不良结局总发生率均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论群组孕期保健模式结合数字化营养管理用于GDM孕妇中,不仅可提高孕妇的自我管理能力及体重管理质量,还可增强血糖控制效果,降低妊娠和围生儿不良结局发生率。

Objective To explore the effects of group pregnancy health care model combined with digital nutrition management on weight management and blood glucose control in pregnant women with gestational diabetes mellitus(GDM).Methods A total of 110 pregnant women with GDM admitted from January 2020 to December 2022 were selected as the research objects,and they were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 55 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given group pregnancy health care model combined with digital nutrition management.The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the body mass index(BMI)of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the Rating Scale of Health Self-Management Skill for Adults(AHSMSRS)score was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the levels of 2 h postprandial blood glucose(2 h PG),triglyceride(TG)and glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA1c)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidences of adverse outcomes of pregnancy and perinatal infants in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Group pregnancy health care model combined with digital nutrition management for GDM pregnant women can not only improve their self-management ability and weight management quality,but also enhance the effect of blood glucose control and reduce the incidences of adverse outcomes of pregnancy and perinatal infants.
