摘要
银屑病是一种具有红色丘疹、斑块和银白色鳞片特征的皮肤病。根据皮肤上出现的脓疱大小不同,其可分为脓疱型和非脓疱型两种,对患者的身心健康有巨大影响。目前的治疗方法包括对轻度疾病的局部治疗、光疗法和靶向生物疗法。传统银屑病的治疗往往无法达到预期目标,而高剂量和(或)长期使用药物可能导致患者终末器官损伤。随着对细胞因子在银屑病病因学中作用的进一步了解,靶向肿瘤坏死因子-α和白细胞介素-12/23的生物制剂被开发利用。此外,中医辨证论治方案和纳米技术的开发也为银屑病的治疗提供了新的途径。
Psoriasis is a skin disease with characteristic red papules,plaques and silver-white scales.According to the different sizes of pustules appearing on the skin,they can be categorized into pustular and non-pustular types,which have a huge impact on the physical and mental health of the patients.Current treatments include topical therapy for mild disease,phototherapy,and targeted biologic therapies.The traditional treatment of psoriasis often fails to achieve the expected goals,and the high dose and/or long-term use of drugs may lead to end-organ damage in the patients.With further understanding of the role of cytokines in the etiology of psoriasis,biologics targeting tumor necrosis factor-αand interleukin-12/23 have been developed and utilized.In addition,the development of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation treatment scheme and nanotechnology has also provided new approaches for the treatment of psoriasis.
