蜂窝牛粪与几种常规燃料的热效能及有害气体释放量测定比较

摘要 试验旨在为适度规模养牛场牛粪能源化利用提供参考依据。等质量的蜂窝牛粪(Ⅰ组)、蜂窝煤(Ⅱ组)、块炭(Ⅲ组)和木材(Ⅳ组)分别燃烧加热等温自来水测定热效能及燃烧过程中有害气体释放量。结果:Ⅰ组总燃烧时间小于Ⅱ组和Ⅲ组(P<0.01)、大于Ⅳ组(P<0.01),加热总沸水量小于Ⅲ组和Ⅳ组(P<0.01)、大于Ⅱ组(P<0.01),燃烧过程中H_(2)S释放量小于Ⅱ组和Ⅲ组(P%0.01)、CH_(4)小于Ⅲ组(P%0.01)、NH_(3)大于Ⅱ组和Ⅲ组(P%0.01),感官烟尘量小于Ⅱ组和Ⅲ组。表明:蜂窝牛粪耐燃性不及煤炭,热效能大于蜂窝煤、小于块炭,燃烧过程中环境综合污染小于煤炭,燃烧尾料可还田利用,生物质牛粪加工成型是牛粪能源化利用的一种有效方式。 The experiment aims to provide the reference for energy utilization of cattle manure in moderate scale cattle farms.The thermal efficiency and release content of harmful gases were measured during the combustion of equal quality honeycomb cattle manure(groupⅠ),honeycomb coal(GroupⅡ),block coal(groupⅢ)and wood(groupⅣ)by heating isothermal tap water.The results showed that:the total combustion time of groupⅠwas lower than that of groupsⅡandⅢ(P%0.01)and higher than that of groupⅣ(P%0.01).The total boiling water quantity was lower than that of groupsⅢandⅣ(P%0.01)and higher than that of groupⅡ(P%0.01).The content of H_(2)S released during combustion was less than that in groupsⅡandⅢ(P%0.01),and CH_(4)was less than that in groupⅢ(P%0.01),NH_(3)was more than that in groupsⅡandⅢ(P%0.01).The amount of sensory smoke was less than that in groupsⅡandⅢ.These results indicated that the combustion stamina of honeycomb cattle manure was lower than that of coal,the thermal efficiency was higher than that of honeycomb coal and less than block coal,and the comprehensive environmental pollution was lower than that of coal during combustion.The combustion tailing could be returned to the field for utilization.The processing and shaping of biomass cattle manure is an effective way for energy utilization.
