摘要
TA19钛合金铸锭采用VAR的方式进行制造。对不同熔速和水冷流量条件下∅700 mm成品铸锭的成分偏析缺陷情况进行了研究。采用实物试验结合有限元模拟的方法,分析了熔炼过程及偏析产生的机理。结果表明熔池形状影响着铸锭的成分分布:熔速越低,熔池深度越浅,偏析深度越浅;水冷流量越大,熔池范围越窄,偏析范围越窄。
TA19 titanium ingots are manufactured using vacuum arc remelting(VAR).The composition segregation defects in∅700 mm ingot were studied under different conditions of melting rates and water-cooling flow.The smelting process and the mechanism of segregation were analyzed through a combination of physical experiments and finite element simulation.The results indicate that the shape of the melt pool significantly influences the composition distribution of the ingot:the lower the melting velocity,the shallower the melt pool depth and the segregation depth;the higher the water-cooled flow,the narrower the melt pool range and the segregation range.
