摘要
建立基于大小罐(鱼雷罐、百吨罐)混配工艺下的铁水智能分配模型,并用于生产实践。通过铁水需求计划、高炉产量预测,建立铁钢平衡预测模型。以铁钢平衡为基础,通过高炉智能配罐、重罐智能调度分别实现铁水一次分配、二次分配,并由机车智能调度完成铁水智能分配的具体实施。经验证,基于大小罐混配的铁水智能分配综合成功率已超过80%,其中大罐的推荐成功率达90%。该模型成功解决了大小罐混配工艺下的铁水智能调度难题,促进了铁钢界面技术的发展。未来通过迭代优化调度算法和模型,进一步提高铁水调度智能化水平,推进铁钢界面绿色低碳运行,为国家钢铁工业智慧物流发展贡献力量。
The intelligent distribution model of hot metal based on the mixing process of large and small tanks was established and applied in production practice.The iron and steel balance forecasting model was established through the demand planning of hot metal and the output forecasting of blast furnace.Based on iron and steel balance,the primary and secondary distribution of hot metal is realized by intelligent tank allocation and intelligent scheduling of heavy tank in blast furnace,and the concrete implementation of intelligent distribution of molten metal is completed by intelligent scheduling of locomotives.It has been proved that the comprehensive success rate of the intelligent distribution of hot metal based on the mixing of large and small tanks has exceeded 80%,and the recommended success rate of large tanks has reached 90%.The model successfully addresses the problem of intelligent scheduling of molten metal in the mixing process of large and small tanks,thereby promoting the development of iron-steel interface technology.In the future,through iterative optimization of scheduling algorithms and models,the intelligent level of hot metal scheduling can be further improved.This will promote the green and low-carbon operation of the iron and steel interface,and contribute to the development of intelligent logistics for the national steel industry.
